A Superspec Newbie

Hi folks

 

just thought I'd drop u all a line. Been pondering on a Kit car for..... mmm well a LOOONG time, finally took the plunge and have ordered a Superspec

 

In the process of selling house, so I won't be collecting it till the end of August.

 

Also went to Newark last weekend and i have to say some verrrrry nice Hoods there!!

 

I'm sure I shall find lots of things to ask you guys about along the way, but for now... HI ALL

Welcome, there are a growing number of Super Spec owners contributing to the board. Some cars are very advanced in terms of SVA ready so there is a good deal of experience available for reference.

By the time you get the kit, there should be a number of Super Specs actually on the road, so if you have any questions at all, someone will definitely have a solution.

Welcome to the Hoodies, I see from your Info that you are in Selby, NYorkshire, there are lots of hoodies around the area, I am in Preston building a Super Spec, you are more than welcome to drop in, or when i Finally get mobile we could come and see you and give you a few pointers.

Just remember Dont be afraid to ask, no matter how silly the question, just be ready for a bit of friendly banter!

I'm in the process of moving house from Nottingham to Leeds. I'm currently working in Leeds during the week and living in Nottingham at the weekend while building my Super Spec - would definitely recommend moving house first - before there's the temptation of playing in the garage!

 

Only a few weeks left to pick up time!

PS - harvs - thats a killer commute, I used to do Worksop to York everyday... not good
