Enjoyed the 200 miles round trip to the test station. Did scare myself on the way back when I put my foot down to overtake a lorry.

Does that vin plate have to be fitted for the iva with weights on and vin number ?

Yes the VIN plate has to be fitted as they checked mine and yes the fog light rule stands. Check my other thread as I'm going through trying to sort this at mo.
