Best Engine

Hi guys, I've decided to change my idea on an engine for the kit car, I had a lexus is300 engine that I brought with the car, but has an auto fitted. I m thinking of a better engine so what have people fitted? Thanks for your help guys!

Can't suggest an engine but if anyone has an mx5 the is300 is a popular mod.

Also how do you change a front wheel drive engine to a rear wheel drive? Cheers

you fit it to a RWD box via a different bellhousing.

 

Most common mod at the moment is a Zetec.

Duratecs are good but more expensive.

Vauxhall redtop gets my vote, but not cheap or easy to find any more.
