Winter Mods - What Have You Got Planned?

I'm sat in a cafe in North Wales killing time between appointments, and I got to thinking about my winter mods. So I thought Id start a thread for us to share our plans for the cold months. This year I'm:

 

-Fitting a megasquirt to have better fueling control

-Doing some bodywork to tidy up the look of the car

-And if time and funds allow building and fitting a car computer and screen that I can control the megasquirt with, use for datalogging and display any engine parameter I like.

 

So what's everyone else planning?

Winter mods have begun

New heads and inlet manifold with a bit of port matching.

Took it to the rolling road this morning.

Went in with 225bhp and 268 torques came out with 275bhp and 287 torques.

Got an issue with e oil pressure relief valve sticking, so one of those on order.

Now to get on with the other items on the list.

Bloody cold days. Heavy frost on one hour drive over to the rolling road for a 9 o'clock start.

Actually had ice form on the wiper blades as I tried to clear the screen of dirt
