Hi Michel,

Do you know which model of Robin Hood you have?  Different models used different donor cars for their parts.

This page might help you to identify which model you have   https://nw.rhocar.org/htm/identification.htm

If you can put some pictures on of your car we may be able to help identify the parts.

The 2B used the Ford Sierra as a donor so the steering column should be from a Sierra however, I believe there were different steering racks used and you may have an Escort rack fitted.  Have a close look at the rack and see if you can find a part No. which will (hopefully) identify it.

Several members (including myself) removed the original master cylinder and servo, replacing it with just a master cylinder from a Mk1 Ford Ka.   This cylinder is smaller diameter than the Sierra on and so works well without a servo.

There would be some pipework modifications needed and you would need to make up a new push rod from the brake pedal and re-drill the pedal box to fit the smaller cylinder.
