90deg Wiper Motor Gear

Hi does anyone have a 90deg wiper motor gear for either swap or sale. I have both a 100 or 110deg gear but desperately want a 90deg. I have tried SVC but they haven't been able to purchase any from lucas for the last 3months.

Might be worth checking out replaceing the cogs in them, pretty sure these are exchangable and availble to give you this radius.

The bowden cable is driven off a post on the big gear wheel in the lucas motor. The different sweeps can be obtained by moving the post closer to the centre of the wheel for shorter sweep or toward the rim for a greater sweep. If you can't find the ready made 90 degree jobbie modify your own! The measurements of radius from centre of wheel to the post on the 110 and 100 wheels you have give you an idea of how far to move the post toward the centre for a 10 degree step.
