Am I To Tall For A 2b

hello there im looking into buying my first kitcar, i am 6 ft 2 and i am concerned about driving a 7 style car comfortably. I understand that the 2b has a larger cockpit than most is this true? and are there any other tall drivers out there that can offer me any advice

i am 6 foot and over 15 stone

no problem for me, and i fitted the pedals without any mods

seats are out of a vectra, think you could easily gain a couple of inches if you used after market ones

 

where are you ? someone will be local and let you have a sit in and try

One of our members 'Ant' is around 6foot 7in. This is his build diary, I seem to remember he made his own seats and he fitted in a treat.

Mitch is right we did lots of work so I could fit in comfortably and I do

Mine's in Coventry (just off the Binley Rd, near Allard way) p.m me if u want a look

 

It's a sub K not a 2b but they are the same size.

 

Like Wozzers its not finished but you'll get a good idea. Its set for me (5 foot 9) but there's scope to more the pedals a few inches towards the front and with the right bucket seat you will fit no problem.
