Looks Good Barney. But I can't get mine to fit like that without the bottom sticking out so far it will stop the bonnet opening, The top front cross member gets in the way, So I need to lay it almost flat.

Did a bit of phoning round Found a guy local that can supply a rad from a Mkiii 2.0l cortina (£45 +vat) same withed as the coolman just 4 inch shorter. Is it up to the job ??

Hi The good news is the the engine started (splutterd into life) first time last night . After passing this mile stone, I decide it was time to furnish the car with a radiator and coolant. After getting my brand new rad from RHSC out of its box. It soon became clear that some adjustment maybe needed . The rads nearly a yard long and just over a foot wide. The question is shud I give up and get one that fits or is it possible to fit the RHSC clearance line special. will post some pics later when home.

Had a go at brazing up the holes yesterday, Did'nt go to well. The SS Brazed a treat but the mig welded parts of the seams refused to take the braze. So9 it's of to a mate of a mate who's got a tig set. Bloke many thanks for the swirl pot instructions I'll be giving it a go when I've got the holes fixed.

Guys love to buy a tig set but can't justify for a small hole, They cost a load of beer tokens. Bloke did you use standard brazing rod

I've managed to crack one of the welds on my RH stainless tank (tring to bend the seems out to fit round / clear the two back down tubes) Anybody out there got any experiance of brazing / silver soldiering on stainless steel.

Has anyone got any pics of where the rear angle fits on 04 2b plus, the videos show a short length for the handbrake cable. But I've got a meter + length, That I guess fits across the suspension mount points but not to sure where. Also the front angle iron locates on the rear handbrake bolt but how far across the car does it need to go and how do you hold it on. Cheers Steve

Just got Kit 2weeks ago, 2B SS Plus Pack Managed to fit the floor and wishbones, Now come to fit the rack Z,U,E,S, only (just) shows the fitting of the sierra. Not the plus's. Question is do I just clamp it down or is some sort of rubber mounting needed.
