I have had problems with my 2b ever since I bought it roughly 6 weeks. I thought the engine had a lot of compression and the starter was finding it hard to turn over. Today I replaced the starter motor and no change. I replaced the battery and no change. locked at the connections all look ok. Cleaned all earth terminals. No change. voltage is 12.8 volts and turning over is 11.3 volts. turning over is very slow / hardly turning??????

He has not taken it off since Saturday night. He is a proud members son.....

As a new member just wanted to thank everyone involved for organising / running this weekends EOSB. My eleven year old boy and I had the best time. The ride out was the highlight with my drifting buddy Andy “hopefully Andy has new underpants on”....... Well worth the 6 hour round trip. Car went well just needed zip ties for front number plate and front wheel arch.

These look similar to the ones fitted to my 2b+ when I got it. I replaced them with 17" Friction Alloy Wheels. The company has responded and they sent the wrong one. Might need a bump start on the run out....

IMy new starter motor arrived and the bolt hole look ok but the rest of it looks totally different? Was hoping to get this done before tomorrow for the EOSB.......

I have purchased my tickets for EOSB and have had no conformation or any tickets through the post. Will it be ok just to turn up?

I have 2 sets of universal seat runners. These are brand new. Would anyone like them can bring to EOSB.

Well what a job.... not easy at all but It fits a few modifications to get her in but very happy with it.

There are a lot of seats that I personally like but don’t think they will fit. Was trying to find out what seats would fit? looking at these did not really want full buckets but look good.

What is the biggest measurement allowable for seats in a 2b? saw this 2b and the seats look big?

I think my Starter motor is on its way out or it is not powerful enough to turn engine over. I was going to replace it with a high torque starter motor. I do not know what type of gearbox I have joined onto my 2.0 Pinto? How do I find out which I have? Thanks Tony

Thanks Richy, I have ordered them not cheap but want to get my car up to standard over the winter. With my arches being bonded on and filled where the arch meets the body I presume that I will have to grind them off and repaint the body?
