if they are the same as on the 2b, the rears will need the reflector edges touched up with a file to pass
These are the same lights that pased the SVA at the time it was built.

I've an untouched stainless dash panel from a 2B kit that is just getting in my way. It's free to anyone that can make use of it. I don't want to post it so collection only- I'm just North of Wigan, near J27 on M6. Brian
Hi Brian,
If you get no takers for his I'll have it, I work in Westhoughton, so collection is easy, put me on the list if no one else wants it.

Use a 1.7mm main needle jet, and lift the needles up by 1 notch in the sliding choke assembly.
Thanks Lads....any idea where I can get these?

Hi I was interested in your snap off OMP Kubic. Was it expensive? and being non tech would it fit my steering column assuming mine is from a sierra (as is the engine)
Ta
Pat Brant
I bought the Snap-off from Ebay for £63 (bargain they range from £90 upwards), the Kubic steering wheel, along with the boos I bought direct from YB Racing (OMP Agent), they are quite expensive, the boss was £43 and he wheel itself was £109 (both incuding postage).
The only problem I came across was that the Snap-off did not fit the boss, I had to have the boss
re-drilled to take the mechansim, works and looks a treat, really finishes the car off, plus it is easier to handle, I found the Mountney a little to small and round for my liking.
I will post some pictures, when I find out how to port them from my new mobile phone to my PC.

always use blue hylomar on mine and it never leaks
Hylomar is the best solution for Pinto rocker gaskets, but don't over do it and let it go tackie before fitting the rocker to the head and tighten evenly.
Always make sure that the surfaces are clean and free of oil, wipe them down with a small amount of adhesive/solvent remover, this dry's instantly, works a treat.
Good luck!

Every cork gasket i get seems to be collander based and leaks.
Where can i get hold of a rubber coker cover gasket?
What type of engine are you looking at futting a rubber gasket to?

Is there anything here that would help? or at least start you off.
dont worry that the maps do not say bike carb, the maps for webbers will be OK as a start for bike carbs, they have four chokes so do the wbbers.
Thanks for the link...................They are deffinately a starting point.

Looking for a nice sporty shift light to sit on the top of my dash, looked on EBAY, but most come with a REV Counter, which I don't need. Don't mind making one if anyone has any ideas?

Sorry to hear about this Keith.
In my experience for this one to get as far as Court there would need to be an independent witness. Was there?
To pull out from a junction onto a main carriageway into the path of a vehicle (even if indicating left) can amount to Careless Driving.
To approach a nearside junction whilst indicating without the intention of actually turning left is clearly misleading and can also amount to Careless Driving.
Only independent testimony will clarify who essentially was in the wrong, and only then would a prosecution follow. Insurance companies will argue knock for knock and unless you can categorically say (or prove) that you were not indicating then the companies will probably go 50/50 or thereabouts. Sorry.
As long as you can prove that you were already postioned and active on the carriageway before the T/P pulled out of the side road you should have no issues as far as blame is concerned, I have dealt with many of these in the past within my line of work. The T/P party should not have presumed that you were turning until you actually made a manouvre, she should have made sure of your intentions before she made her move.
Good Luck
