I have to admit it is a nice looker :D And IMHO this picture does it justice :D

I have to say though, for a bloke who criticises Saxo drivers for being loud, I could hear Rizlo praising "his" car from the other side of Newark   :p :p

Cmon Andrew where is the pictures of Miss Newark draped all over the M&nr

?

got very sunburnt on the way home

Yes we had a great drive home, apart from the last 8 miles! I'd split from Mitch and the other guys, gone down the M62, joined the M61 for the last 8 miles to home, when the heavens opened up, just like the ride home from Stoneleigh!!

I wasn't going to put the hood on, so drove home in the rain, it was that bad we were down to 30 mph, I passed 2 Hoods that had stopped under a bridge to don their weather gear, couldn't see who it was, just couldn't see!! but I kept going (Hard!) When I finally got home, I now know why they call them "bucket" seats, there was a pool of water in the passenger seat, and my rear was in the other! :D :D :D

I didn't care, I had such a great weekend. :)

At least its not just me then, I am getting a reputation for going past hoodys in distress and waveing, Sorry guys if you are reading this, i felt really sorry for you as i passed, hope i didnt splash you  I sounded my horn in sympathy! maybe it didnt sound very sympathetic :(

I belive that you were on your way back to Scotland! hope the weather got better for you and you got back ok!

The two under the bridge, i think it was Graham and Gordon from Aberdeen, so not far for them to go (just another 320 miles).

Just as we got home and Bugsy phoned to tell us about the weather warning, Cheers Paul, but i think we beat you home, :D

Got within five miles of home and threw the surry top on, so managed to stay fairly dry,

Didnt half throw i down, news reports say golfball sized hail, so i hope the scottish hoods got home safely

Great weekend, good to put more faces to the names on here

Mitch

Not a MN&R though because she hates them
