Window Screen Squirters

Just getting ready for the MOT and I have found the window screen squirters do not work (never use them, do not go out when its wet). They are the push button type (manually pump the button ), which must create a vacuum to pull the water from the bottle, any ideas?

The system may need priming.Can you disconnect the delivery pipe near the jets and pressurise the bottle by blowing into it through a tube?

could try poking a needle down the jet incase some scum is stopping the water getting out. hth

If all else fails you could fit one of these in about an hour.

Those ones used to have a non return valve on the end of the tube in the supply tank, can get stuck sometimes.
