Renault World Series

This years Renault world series is at Silverstone. 7th and 8th June. I can't go this year as it clashes with Le Mans. Pity as it's always a good weekend and it's free.

I have ordered 4 tickets anyway if anybody wants one.

Pity it clashes with Le Mans as I have always enjoyed the hoodie weekend it has become those going will have to find a new camp site and wont have the pleasure of "Hansel and Gretel" (well that will be a bonus)

Anyone know of any campsites we could use for the Renault event?

Why would Renault be interested in a ford based kit car and in any case 20 plus hoodies with tents take up a fare amount of space. What Mitch is looking for is a camp site within a few miles

 

As for Delorian its Renault powered

Could actually work out OK for us NW lads going to Le Mans, drive down to silverstone on Saturday morning 7th for one day of Renault, stay over and drive the rest of the way to Dover on the 8th for Ferry to France. It'll break the journey up.

 

Going to check baby sitter availability for the extra day.

I don't think that would go down too well with my missus. Already having 10 days in Le mans, getting back on Tues and then to Newark on Friday for the weekend.

My Misses is coming so no problem there, just the sitter for 3 kids and a dog for a week to sort.

 

Any volunteers ?? They don't take much looking after if they don't have too much sugar
