Side Repeater Indicators

Hi,

 

Taking so long to build my car gives me more time to lose stuff This time it's one of the side repeaters from my donor! Before I go and spend too much on some after market one's, has anyone got through the SVA with the RH supplied items, or are there too many sharp edges?

Ours passed SVA with no problem, some people put some silicone in the screw holes but we didn't bother.

 

SVA tester was more suprised that I had chanced my arm and fitted them on the body side and not the front mud gaurd.

 

Still passed them though.

Bog standard CORSA items from a vauxhall agent.....about £6 each when I bought them 4 or 5 years back.

Plus theyre clear lenses, but blink orange....it's a mystery to me

yep RH repeaters on mine. Again on the side panel a little behind the front wheels. Passed SVA june 07 avonmouth no probs didnt even mention them.

Pulled mine of a fiesta in the scrappy ..
