Hi

 

Thought i would share my hard days work. Finally got the engine built and in the chassis.

 

Man i feels good, but my whole body now hurts but it was worth it.

 

Now, whats next on the to do list? Radiator, wiring or fueling!!

 

This list never seems to get any smaller!

The wiring on mine was a killer, and two looms, 3 relays, 2 injector rails and a lot of help from the guys on the forum I finally got it running.

 

All set for taxing it 1st May

Quick question......... where did you get the exhaust manifold??

I'm getting stressed looking for one, lol.

did a swap with jonny (local builder who bought a part built and is going zetec). I had the same issue finding one. I know a few guys on here are getting them made.

Mark at Automotive Solutions at Langley Mill might do you one - he has done one on the Zero to come out the side panel instead of the bonnet or you could try www.nrpexhausts.co.uk he does anything.

My build got to 90% completed pretty quickly, but I then found I still had 50% left to do which lasted for another 3 months...
