New Fr32 1st Running

just got my engine rebuilt and running with new fr32 cam and felpro gasket and its slower than before aggressive.gif feels very retarded just don't want to rev very quick ignition timing is right valve timing i thought was right

Back to the dyno guy to get the thing set up

 

lets see what it comes back with then wacko.gif

Hi Dan,

 

How did you set your cam timing mate?

 

You should have full lift on No 1 inlet with the crank at 108 Deg ATDC.

The above figure is for the FR32 only.

108 was what i thought i had set to i,ll just let the dyno guy have a go at it he worked miracles last time ! will give you a shout when i get a date

Take care! With the extra overlap it may be very lean at the top end with your small mains. Your dyno man will sort it out but don't push it until you are sure it is OK.
