Circlip

Hi

 

I am going to be removing the cable from my type9 gearbox, and been told that the circlip can ping off!!!

and be lost or even snap, they are like golddust, anyone know where i can get some. Just want to play safe.

put some cloth over the pliers as you take it off or get a few mates around to catch it as it flies off

I've never had a problem with it flying away when my cable has fallen out (many times).
