Does anyone know who recons Pinto engines in the South?

your best bet is probably ebay, should be able to pick one up for about £400 recond

 

otherwise burton power do it, but they wont be cheap. vulcan - not sure where they're based though.

Cheers Steve. Will probably do it myself but was hoping someone might do a bottom end for me locally for a reasonable price as I'm rushed off my feet at the moment..

I know its a bit far but Ivor Searle of Soham are very good click here We use them and have never had a problem

try a web search for "engine rebuilder"s & check that they are members of the FER....federation of engine rebuilders. Ive used a few (in Kent) & the registered ones have all been good. May be a bit far from Guildford, but let me know if you want any recommndations (or more importantly "STEER CLEAR OFs")

Blimey, A Rio for an engine is rather pricey.
