Windscreen Surround Wanted

Hello

 

I need an aluminium surround for my windscreen - must be pre formed - I have no equipment to bend the section. LoLocost seem only to sell complete screens including pillars..

 

Anyone got a spare to sell? I can pick up at Stoneleigh if possible.

Have a word with lolocost as they sell the surround in straight lengths for £20 it must not be to hard to bend unless no one would buy it. Tiger do one for £35 but I suspect it will be to small

If the pictures work this is how i bent mine.

 

Used a 6mm MDF template of the screen and just took my time. will post a finished assembly pic tommorrow. Bothe sections and the 2 rubber seals where in the kit.

RHSC will sell you a surround and bottom 'run' along with the rubber seals for £40 -£45, but you'll have to ring them and ask them to bring one for you to the show.

They'll also sell individual bits. £15 for the bottom bit i think i paid

Hi Phil,

I bought a replacement screen surround with the rounded edges, so I have a spare surround which is square edged. You'll need to round the edges off yourself for SVA but a fair number have passed that way.

I'll be going to Stoneleigh, I'm based in Orpington Kent.
