I live in Telford and work in Oldbury, Birmingham for two days a week and visit our Head office in Basingstoke normally 1-2 days a week. If you get no offers I gladly deliver to Basingstoke.

Would there be any mileage in making this a member benefit? Above was a great show of members help in shunting goods around the country. We are retired & quite often (like yesterday) go for a drive in Florin,maybe only a few 10's of miles sometimes a couple of hundred (like yesterday) Last year we ferried an item down to Cornwall on our way to visit our daughter. Was thinking of maybe a register of members ready & willing to act as go-fers, or will this be too formal & best left how it is?

Best left how it is me thinks. If you start collecting members ready and willing to move stuff around the country, its likely very few heads will appear above the parapet, however, if as you did, ask the question with a short timescale, if people are travelling in the right direction, they will reply and do a good service.
