Complete Project 2B Kit

Well I've been offered a complete 2B kit the owner has done nothing with at all. He has had for six years it's all in boxes. Stainless/ blue 5 wheels hood trim kit radiator stainless exhaust and silencer luggage kit rack wiring harness basically a full kit minus the donor. He still has the original invoice for £3472 he is looking for £1500. But there is no way I would give him that. What does anyone think would be a fair price

Go in stupidly cheap then he can barter you up a bit. Offer him £900 cash and offer to collect it straightaway. You never know mate, he may

only barter you up to a £1000. The IVA is stricter than the old SVA so this obviously must affect the price of a box of unbuilt old parts.

I was thinking of going in at £600 for that very reason. I may just take a few bits for myself and sell the rest

Whiz, First kit I bought around 6 years ago was 90% complete. He wanted 1000 for it, I offered 400 and he took it straight away. Offer 500 due to IVA and depressed market and see what he says.

I had thought about that I've seen cars on flea bay that are nearly complete with the donor parts there is no donor parts with this kit.

if its sliding pillar then i'd offer him £500, if its wishbone then i'd be inclined to offer slightly more.

 

a donor sierra is gunna cost at least £500 these days anyway, they arent cheap as they used to be!
