Hiya....

I'm in for this....I love the Merlins....I still have a RR toolbox my dad brought back from France with him after WW2.

He was an RAF mechanic, specialising in RR Merlin engines, whatever they were fitted to.

He was part of the RAF teams who set up airfields just behind the advancing troops after D-Day.

Sorry, yes. The east hoods guys have a pitch which we are welcome to join tomorrow! Showers forecast but I intend to go, just need to take my cover. gate 1 and ask for the Robin Hood stand
