Hi,

not exactly car related but sure someone will know what gauge wire i need to rewire a ride-on-mower. It looks to use all the same size wire so just going to buy a roll and swap it all out so i know its all good.

any help appreciated

thanks

electric start 11.5HP wheelhorse. It looks normal size wire to me, the kind of stuff you'd mostly see in a car wiring loom. I just don't know much about wire gauges or even what it is called to look for it on ebay etc. I am guessing if i go to big it is less of a problem than too small.

thanks

Yeah might put a switch on to enable or disable the seat switch. We have to mow on a bank and move from one side to the other to switch the weight over the wheels and it can be annoying when it cuts the power when you move. Obviously its a safety thing to stop you getting chopped up if it rolls etc but we have fitted double wheels on the rear to make it wider so it can't tip.

Thanks will see if the local motorfactors has some wire then, they are pretty good with most bits and bobs.
