Robin Hood S6 Barrelback 1991 - Donor

Good evening all.

I live in France

I am the proud owner of one of the few 1991 barrelback S6 Robin Hood. I bought the car while living in UK in 1995. I kept it hrough various changes including moving to Scotland for a while and coming back to France in 1996.

I am now willing the car to undergo a general restoration. I seem to be struggling with the donor type though.

Would one of you be kind enough to help me out with it please ?

I dare say much bigger pics are needed to identify. including engine pics and a under the back end pic of the diff may help too

with a W plate it's probably a ford cortina. Does it have a live axle or independent trailing arms at the rear? Cortina would be live axle, otherwise sierra.

The S6 used the Ford Cortina Mk4 or Mk5 as its donor car
