Does My Car Require An Iva

Hello all, I have recently bought a 1/2 built project, It's a robin hood 2b, I have the log book from the sierra which was used,

Please could you advise if its an IVA or reregistartion of veichle to kit car??

Welcome to the site yes it does need an IVA and as you have the donor V5 you should end up with an age related plate. Dont forgot to take lots of photos as you build as the VOSA tester will ask lots of questions of how you did bits that he cannot see and the easy way to prove it's done correct is a photo.

Also make sure the donor is SORN'd.

Keep the V5, don't report it as scrapped until during/after IVA.

Does the vehicle have to have a windsreen fitted for the IVA?
