2B Sliding Pillar

Hi all

Can any one help with a diagram of how the sliding pillar on a 2B is constructed or explain the correct way it is built. Is there two roller bearings one top and one bottom as I am not sure if all the parts on my suspension are there.

only a bearing at the top. not at the bottom all the weight rotates at the top

As Marcus said above I have posted some tips and rough drawings on how the sliding pillars go together and set them up/ improve them. You should be able to find it on a search. If you can't find it let me know and I'll dig it out and forward a copy
