Hot Rod On 2B Chassis?

so i've kind of always wanted a hot rod, and was partly the reason i ended up with the 2b as i was actually looking for the chassis and they would only sell the entire kit back in the day.

 

So how feasible do you think it would be to put a body like this https://www.factoryfive.com/galleries/33-hot-rod/factory-five-customer-tim-d-s-33-hot-rod/ on a 2b chassis?

 

I think the rollbar would have to be made higher as i think you'd sit higher.

 

 

just a crazy thought i'll probably not get round to taking any further than talking about.

It's very feasible, no IVA required if you use a registered 2b, a new body and keep the chassis / main running gear.

There's a load of information on RnS regarding re-bodies on an existing chassis and there are a number of smaller bodies that are close enought to the 2B wheelbase to make it do-able.

awesome thanks for that. I'd probably just go for IVA rather than buy a working one and rebody. probably easier in the long term.
