finally got my van going today changed the crank and cam sensors and it fired up result can get back to work now

Any such luck with the 99p zetec?

nope no luck with the 99p zetec yet have got a new edis and plug from andi to try

getting the van going has given me the go to get keiths going

Now here's an off the wall thought about the zetec. You say the engines been played with. Haven't got the cams swapped over by any chance? Worth checking. The inlet has the nobs for the cam sensor at the flywheel end. Exhaust doesn't. While you check you can also check cam timing.

don't know where you got the engine has been played with it hasn't the megajolt dosent use the camshaft sensor it is redundant just crank sensor as said the only thing that's not been changed is the edis plug so thats the next task
