Alloy Wheel Size

Best for what?

13s are generally considered the best for handling, but other than semi slicks are hard to get decent tyres for.

15s offer a good selection of performance oriented road tyres so are generally the best compromise, especially if you get a light wheel.

Changed my 14 inch alloys for 15 as there was virtually nothing available ithat size. There is plenty of choice and they are cheaper than the less common sizes. I got four federal 595 rsr for less than 70 quid each delivered and they came from holland!

Depends on what the rest of your suspension is like. For instance, if the ride is firm at the moment, sticking larger wheels on (even though they may look better) might mean you will have to avoid every pot hole in the road.

Not easy in South Yorkshire because the regional roads are pot holes, connected by short strips of tarmac.
