The bottom wishbones on my 2B, with coilovers , have two holes drilled in them which will accept the shock absorber lower mounting bracket.

Question is, which hol is correct, the one furthest away from the chasis near to the ball joint or the one near the cente of the wishbone?

Can the bolts holding the wishbones be 8.6 carbon or do they need to be higher.

PS anybody got one wishbone nylon bush going spare, I have a knackered one.

As Phil said + the further out the stiffer the ride -- 8.6 bolts ?? -- don't use anything less than 8.8 high tensile. The 8.6 are probably poor on thread form & fit as well.

Ooops mean to type 8.8.

If I use the holes nearest the wheel the shockers angle back to the rear of the car. The holes near the middle an and the shockers seem to be at 90 dsegrees to the car.
