Wiper Rack Tubing

The original is 3/8 or 10mm bundy tubing. If you don't have a pipe bender you can use the old method to bend without crushing the pipe.

Fill it with fine sand and keep tampering throughout the filling to make sure you pack the sand tightly. Block off the ends with cork or wooden cowling. Now it is safe to bend to any tight or wide angles.

To form the bell ends, if you don't have a flaring tool, use a blow lamp to the very tip of the pipe and get dull red. Then use a ball pien hammer to form the flare. A double flare is not essential to this pipe as it just holds it into the wiper motor, and does not have to seal the joint.
