S7 Rear Spring Rate On Coil Overs

I got gazrear coil overs whatsbest spring to usr pondage wise think i got 300onit seems very skitty on back

My S3a uses the springs that came with the zimmers, I put Gaz on and with the 180lb springs and 3 clicks on the shocks was quite good

Stu....where does the coilover mount on the wishbone? If it is the little bracket on the trailing edge of the wishbone....then around 180........I think all mono's mounted the rear shock to this little bracket and it was the 2b's that mounted the shock in the middle of the wishbone and used 300/350 springs......if you've used 300 and your shock is mounted to the trailing edge like I suspect....then 300 is way too hard and 180 is your best bet.....

Stu 200 lb at the very most the 180s sound good ,its a job I never got round to but those rates are good what length do you need ? simon b has a pair or had from me at stoneliegh in my free goodies box If I remember they are 9" or 10 inch mick

Yeah steamer on the trailing arm where the original damper bolted will send somon a messahe mick cheers guys for advice
