Hi guys

 

Got my new SJCam SJ4000 wifi. Sun shining , so decided to pick up my daughter from school via the long way round!

 

 

Best to turn the sound down as that's not great.

nice - does it skip/overlap at file joins?

 

I believe so? Only a short video, but will see once I get a decent run out. The timer says I can record over 4 hours worth! Might take a while to down load a file that size.

If it's like mine the rattle will be the buttons on the camera. I cured it by fitting some small pieces of self adhesive foam to the case that was shaped to hold the buttons steady but not interfere with the operation of the buttons on the outer case.

No idea, guessed it was the case, found the option to turn the speaker off so no more rattle!

I may have to get one of these to accompany my go pro, will probs get some shots over the weekend with that, did some from Stoneleigh that I'm yet to upload but again, sound quality is not great. Can here the fuel pump but not the exhaust...but that might be due to the sealed waterproof casing that blocks the microphone...

To be fair, the sound is the only thing i can moan about, the camera is ace. Now i have found the speaker off button this should now be perfect!

Shame they make them with such a wide angle lense.

Lampposts are doing there best to bend right over to have a look in your car.

Vast improvement on what I have seen before though.

Might try one myself.

Yes, I've just got one of the SJ4000 now too. Just need to figure out the best place to mount it and upload some clips.

 

Great bit of kit, comes with loads of mounts. Drawback is that the joints are all shiny and need some light sanding to stop them slipping.
