Kitspares Track Rod Ends

Does anybody know the exact TRE's that kit spares sell. I'm after just 1 for the offside but they only sell pairs.

well its a mark two escort rack so I would think they are the the escort track rod end but somebody may correct me

Chris, It is, the escort rack is extended and the extension threads go into Sierra t.r.e into the Sierra hubs.

The track rods ends that kitspares almost sold me were for a ford transit ( draglinks). Were right part but twice the price.

Cheers guys. Got some on the way that are hopefully right. Sadly still had to buy a pair but half the price of kit spares. I do detest throwing all my money at 1 company. I like to spread the wealth about a bit ha ha

I was thinking they are sierra track rod ends so went out and just bought sierra ones and they fitted 100% it was on s7

To summarise from acquired knowledge on this forum the list of joints on the Ford sierra based zero front hubs are as follows.

 

Top Wishbone to dummy strut/wheel arch carrier = Transit drag link

Bottom ball joint - Lower wishbone to sierra hub = Astra Mark 3 lower ball joint (thanks whiz)

Extended escort steering rack to sierra hub steering arm = Sierra track rod end
