I agree, it would probably need a team effort, but could be good publicity stunt for a RHoCar crew and a V8 power MG

As in the small print it states restoration on a road vehicle registered before 1977 (didn't see anything about how its restored)

Send them a picture of an old wreck, get cash, spend cash on your own car and then, when they come to ask for your finished restoration, just say you couldn't do it?

Nice..so which Elan gets the treatment 70 or 74?

 

4k, that will get the interior replaced and maybe a suspension upgrade but it most definitely will not cover a full quality restoration.
