Clutch Cable Length

I’m hoping someone may be able to help. My 3a had a type9 mated to a Zetec 1800.

When I bought it, it had a functioning clutch - but in the rebuild/house move the cable got lost.

I’ve ordered a new one (Sierra) however the inner cable is miles too long (about 70mm!) 

Does anyone have any info on which for would have had a much shorter inner cable? 
 

I found this table on another post, but all the inner cables are about 30cm longer than the outer…I need more like 20cm difference.

Have you got the Sierra pedal box with the ratchet clutch quadrant?

Sorry should have said, has the ratchet clutch quadrant but custom pedal box.

however it was working, so I assume I need a different Ford cable

So it won't pull the slack up with the self adjuster?

No, fully adjusted there is still loads (70mm) slack. I can only assume it had a different Ford cable in when I got it! Just need to work out which one
