Cooling System

Hi All, 

I have recently stripped out my old radiator and pipework to change it for something that fits better. The new red is mounted and the pump and thermostat replaced. 

Now I need to sort the pipework! does anyone have diagrams of locations in the system for the expansion tank and if its needed.

 The engine is a 2L pinto.

So i have it currently set up like the image below that i believe is the same as one of the diagrams. 

The real question is will it be fine set up like this or do i need an expansion tank added? if so then where? T off the Red hose or Inline/T off the Yellow?

I have a Zetec so this may not help you at all but until a Pinto expert comes along...

There doesn't feel like a lot of coolant in that setup so I imagine a header tank would be good, if not for the visual check but also just because the extra pipework and tank will give you more volume of coolant.
