What's Fred Flintstone about a twin cam 2 litre that produces 136 bhp in standard form? Even more so, a turbo version that puts about 198 at the wheels?

My reading of the description of the SuperSpec at £4500 is that there is no engine supplied any more

 

On RH website Super Spec is now described as "A comprehensive kit which can utilise a variety of engines"

Fair doos, the original SuperSpecs were supplied with T series engine not K series.

from memory, when i ordered my kit, i saw,

3 Kiag's all diferent variants, (even one with a dog cage on the back for a local vet),

lots of "normal" hoods, a Saxo (which was actually a Pug 106) with the Rover T series 2ltr engine,

I wonder if the rear engine seven type hood is still in there, think that was metro powered, only seen that in a mag with a write up on an old Harrogate show,

 

and his Rover based Ferrari kit, as well as the Jag powered Hood

I phoned Richard on his mobile last week to enquire about a new Wheel and he answered straight away and was very helpful
