As to uniqueness, I did some maths the last time this topic came up: "You can just specify anything you want - to bore you with maths, there are 34^17 (assuming no letters I and O) possible combinations of numbers, which is about 100 million, million, million, million (1 followed by 26 zeroes)!   2. The DVLA website does cover this, you need to write a letter and ask them for a VIN. See this link: https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-approval/individual-vehicle-approval You write to: K and R DVLA Swansea SA99 1ZZ

  3. Chassis black Por 15 paint. With metal prep. I don't work for them, but if I did I'd be there best salesman. I did my wishbones and mirrors years ago. Toughest paint there is Andi
