Hi guys. I know the radiator is from a Rover sd1 but what is a suitable replacement. Got one from coolex but it wouldn't fit in as it was still to big (width). Or is it best just to replace for another sd1 radiator

As for head lights I wired in two separate switches for main and dipped beam

I just wired in some drl headlights to make sure I had sidelights. Plus they look cool. The only thing I haven't wired in is the 'if' box to turn them off when headlights are on but mot and police have never even bothered. In fact a cop even liked them and the ingenuity of them

I converted to the ford focus stalks and column shroud. It fits nicely onto the steering column and also puts the indicator on the correct side

Hi guys. Just discovered that the oil stick guide for the dip stick actually doesn't sit well in the dip stick hole. There is about 1/2 inch of the internal part to the engine sticking out and not sitting in it properly. What could I do to fix this or what should the right one be Cheers

I have but the gauge is very jumpy at about 3000 revs. I have checked connections and they all seem good so I was looking for an alternative as the ford one was fine

Or pin 20 which would be easier

Theoretically I could use pin 25 to take a rev reading

the speedo is taking its signal from the bolt heads. Does it work better with magnets as the instructions said the recommended method was for that. Is there anything that i can do with the coil pack to stop it from messing about or could it mean the coil is on it's way out as it seems good and is delivering a good spark to the plugs

Hi guys. Just installed a on etb set of dials. Everything works fine apart from the rev counter and speedo. Upto about 2500 revs the rev counter is fine but then it bounces all over the play (connected to negative terminal of coil pack. Also after about 85mph on the speedo I get the same (connected up using the rev magnetic sender sensing the propshaft bolts). Is this normal or have i fone something wrong when setting them up?

Yea I will be however I have just found a degraded and leaking radiator pipe so that needs fixing first. If it's not one thing its ten haha

Good point. What would be the best way of testing it as it does move slowly through the temp range and will go up and down as I move

Hi recently changed the coolant in the car because it was running really hot. Now it's still as hot 100 to 120 in normal traffic with a blow and a suck fan. Is this me just worrying as we have just changed from a plumbed temp gauge to the etb one. Cooling has never really been an issue on the car before. Any help really appreciated

Hi guys.i have a very weird issue. I had indicators earlier on but the all of a sudden I only had the left hand signal but no right hand signal at all but when I turn on the hazards i have it but no signal at the stalk. Is this a stalk issue or is there a fuse for it

Hi guys. Just fitted all my new shiny etb gauges and the fuel gauge always reads full no matter where the arm is set. The fuel tank is the ford one in a superspec
