  1. We will be there camping, we will put the flags up. I am awaiting a response about where it will be but they are struggling at the moment with the lack of space on site due to the construction work. There is camping but not sure where yet. Sorry not to be much help
  2. The UK Kit Car Club are holding their annual EOSB event. At Market Harborough Showground LEICESTERSHIRE This event is for all of the family - no need to own a kit car Camping Avaliable from Friday 3rd September 2021 to Sunday 5th September 2021 Day tickets for the Saturday are available. Tickets available on the website. https://www.rhocar.org/index.php?/store/category/11-end-of-season-bash-2021/ Saturday is going to be a day packed with lots of fun! ● Guided run outs for the car enthusiasts (note these will be staggered this year) ● Plenty of cars to look around and admire (maybe get some ideas for your own!) ● 100ft inflatable obstacle course for children AND adults! (Use will be unlimited with purchase of day/weekend tickets) ● Competitions ● Plenty of stalls Food provided by: Gourmet Burgers Waffles Slush The amazing Alcomare bar will be there to keep you all refreshed throughout the day and evening Small business stalls with a range of items for sale: ~ decorative glass bottles ~ The Nature Pot ~ paperie ~ forever living ~ novelty soaps ~ bath bombs ~ tombola ~ toys ~ gifts ~ The Cocoa Chemist ~ The Place Stamford Of course there will be some motor themes stall including: ~ Harley parts ~ custom motorcycles ~ transport books ~ automobilia ~ models ~ manuals If you are planning on staying the night we have our speed Bingo which is always a great laugh, followed by music provided by the Checkered Kicks. We hope to see you there and have a blast

  6. They have not organised much yet due to the new site changes with the HS2. They said a couple of weeks to organise
  7. We are going to do both days but not camping as it is only down the road The event is becoming rather complicated in terms of payment so I will keep you all informed

  9. Emails are flooding in with information about the event. Organisers have said it will go ahead as it is an outdoor event and will be adhering to any guidance released at the time. Who is going?
  10. An event update, Newark has been cancelled until 2022, but Stoneleigh is on the 28th - 29th of August. More details to follow
  11. Once again we are offering camping for exhibitors and traders at Peterborough Festival of Wheels. This means that you can stay for the evening entertainment, without the issue of not being able to have a drink and let your hair down. We are lucky enough to have onsite showers and bathrooms which are accessible throughout the night. We also have overnight security and medical cover onsite, to ensure everything is safe through the night. Campers are welcome to arrive onsite from midday on Friday 20th August and all campers, MUST be offsite by Midday on Monday 23rd August. Single Night Camping fees are as follows: £15 for 1 person camping & entry to evening entertainment. £20 for 2 people camping & entry to evening entertainment. £35 for 3 people camping & entry to evening entertainment. £45 for 4 people camping & entry to evening entertainment. £55 for 5 people camping & entry to evening entertainment . £65 for 6 people camping & entry to evening entertainment. £75 for 7 people camping & entry to evening entertainment. £85 for 8 people camping & entry to evening entertainment.     Treasure hunt

    Harborough at War Drive Out for Charity Treasure Hunt. Sunday 27th September from 9am All vehicles welcome - Vintage, Modern, Military, Civilian, 2 wheels, 4 wheels etc. We will set out a course, around the surrounding area, and you will follow a route & answer as many of the questions as possible to score points. The winner will be the one with the most points, (plus a tie breaker if required). Route will take approx. 1.5 hours, leaving from the showground at timed intervals, then finish back at the showground where we can all enjoy a socially distanced picnic. Barbeques welcome. Cost will be £10 per vehicle, and all profits (after costs) will go to charity. Please put your name down on the list below, and how many vehicles if possible, to help us gauge how many will be attending etc. ^^ more information at Harborough at War
  16. I would like to thank everyone who attended the EOSB this weekend. It was a strange one on the run up and we were uncertain what would happen. Despite the challenging times the committee and other members really worked hard and helped this be a success. I would like to thank the band and stalls, and everyone who helped set up and take things down. We had a smashing time and we look forward to this event next year. Keep safe x
