Hi Peter I have also seen a notch in top of the dizzy under the dizzy cap does that help denote position 1 ?

I’m assuming as I look at my distributor cap the point at 12 o’clock is 1, 3 o’clock is3, 6 o’clock is 4 and 9 o’clock is 2

Hi all I’m sure this has been discussed many times before but I can’t really find information just wondering does anybody know the firing order of a Ford Pinto 1.6 engine I’m assuming cylinder one is the one nearest the timing belt unfortunately I don’t know from the distributor as I look at it on the cap which lead goes to which cylinder any help or links would be greatly appreciated thank you very much

Hi all I have a 2011 Brian James trailer for sale it's on eBay under car trailer and my user name on eBay is neve8556 for listing details. It's on eBay for £2000 but if your a rhocar member ill do it for 1800. It's still covered by the 5 yr warranty it's in very good condition Has a spare tyre,hitch lock,1.9 meter long loading ramps, bed size is approx 12ftx5ft7 perfect for your hoodie. All tyres and brakes are spot on as are the electrics and ill even chuck in some tie down straps. More details needed just ask. I don't have any pics at the moment but I'm working on it if your interested its in the Somerset area in storage I could deliver for a pint or two if its not too far away cheers The trailer doesn't have center boards as I did not want them but you could make your own. For now I will attach a generic picture so you know what it looks like.

Does anyone know why some hoodies dont have coilovers on the front they seem to have nothing that cant be right can it? Coz i looked at my car the other weekend after having it in store and mine arent there?!?!?! and now i think of it i dont think i had any so does that mean my car should have some? Cheers

Hi guys i was out on saturday driving from Yeovil to chedder and saw a fellow kitcar driver in a robin hood i think? we both waved at each other was curious if it was any of you guys ???? unfortunatley my car broke down at j 24 m5 alternator was fried from heat from my exhaust manifold!!!! Damn! Any help with sourcing an alternator would be good. cheers.

Well for those of you who do and those of you who dont know im a newbie to the world of kit cars and hoodies.......also i picked up my hoodie today........Kermit................. so it goes like this.... 8am leave london in my normal car meanwhile the recover company set off from bristol same time to pic up my car from welsh wales....... I take a slow drive bout 60 mph along the A303 my old cornwall surfin route......past stonehenge which the traffic to be honest was *bleep*e.....and delayed me 30mins.....but nothing can break my spirit as i drive along wondering what will be of my new hoodie.....i get a call from the old owner who informs me the recovery man has arrived and is loading Kermitt up.......Sweeeeeeet....... Meanwhile i continue along the A303 to somerset where im going to meet the recovery man the storage facillity owner and also my beloved Kermitt......unbelieveably the Twat Nav doesnt get me lost and i arrive on site where i should be all be it 30 mins later thats to the Druids of stonehenge!!! I sit and wait with the wife and dogs on this glorious day with the sun beating down on us all.......then arrives Fletcher the storage facillity owner and his little boy...........we make our introductions and as we do behold the sight of the recovery man and Kermitt....... excited as i am..... i have to wait while the guy unloads the car an agonising 7mins.......as all my school boy dreams are about to come true........to drive a hoodie lotus catheram lookalike.......he starts the engine and Holy *bleep*e its a sound ill never forget it sounds sweeeet as a nut made all my hairs stand on end.......... My big moment is finally here after 20 years of dreaming and envy off you all i have my own hoodie......i lept in the car as soon a humanly possible...told my missus to jump in and and revved the engine........oh my god what a sound.....as i worked out what gear was what i depressed the clutch slammed her into first and it bit like a horse....................as we hurtled down the industrial estate service road my heart was in my throat..............adreniline rush hit me and that was it i was going nuts through the gears with my foot to the floor..........wooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooo......i thought my missus was gunna wet herself with excitment and me too for that matter.....wow what a car..... apart from that my day was pretty boring really lol...........and we didnt wet ourselves before you ask![ Id like to thank Martins Recovery....Bloody nice chap in the Bristol Area. 07515798888... Fuel prices, again, look set to head north. The AA has warned fresh fuel price highs could be hit within the next four weeks. The price worry is also exacerbated by concerns that the Government may foist a 7p-per-litre tax on motorists in the New Year. In the last six weeks alone, £10 has been added to the monthly petrol costs of a two-car family in the UK. Price pressure In the past month, the AA says, average petrol prices have risen 3.34p a litre, from 132.18p a litre in mid July to 135.52p now. Diesel is up 3.19p a litre, averaging 140.45p a litre compared to 137.26p in mid July. Price rises that go hard against claims from the Bank of England that inflation pressures are easing. Last year a litre of diesel was around the 140.32p mark. Petrol a year ago averaged 136.18p, just 0.66p a litre higher than now. Fuel prices moved into record territory at the end of February this year surging past the 2011 records (petrol 137.43p, diesel 143.04p) before peaking at all-time highs in April with petrol at 142.48p and diesel at 147.93p, according to figures from the motoring organisation. "Following July's surprise increase in inflation, the new surge in pump prices will stoke the rise further and potentially any increase in fuel duty. Compared to this summer's low-point for UK fuel prices - 1 July - UK drivers are now spending £4.85 million a day more on fuel." Yorkshire wins, Wales loses Across the UK, Yorkshire and Humberside are the cheapest areas for petrol with an average of 135.0p a litre. London's position as third cheapest (135.2p) suggests the Olympics continued to provide an unexpected fuel price bonus for businesses and residents, the AA thinks. Wales and the South West top the price table at 140.9p a litre while drivers in Yorkshire and Humberside are paying an average price of 140.0p. "Once upon a time," says Paul Watters, the AA's head of Public Affairs, "petrol prices would rise heading into the summer, due to higher demand for the motoring season, and then fall away late summer onwards. The cost of diesel would then pick up heading into winter as demand for heating oil came into play." "These days, demand appears to be increasingly irrelevant – it doesn't matter how much drivers cut back, the commodity markets always seem to find a reason for pumping up oil and wholesale prices." Meanwhile Reuters reports that Britain may ask the International Energy Agency (IEA) to take action to deal with high oil prices. The UK energy ministry and its international partners have not made any decisions to release stocks, a ministry spokesman told the agency.

The goverment have said that fuel will rise again.........this time as much as £1.40 or more a litre........ really WTF cameron........why do you wanna ruin my fun......and others.........
