I have 2 diffs for sale,

3.62 for use with push in shafts £50

3.92 complete with push in shafts and hubs, all in good condition £100

I have a pair of calipers, discs and mounting plates for 2B, discs are pitted but usable,and the conversion plate will bolt on without removing drive shafts. For a rear disc conversion all you will need extra is hand brake cable.

I can deliver to Donnington show this week end.

Hi, I have 2 diffs, 3.62, or 3.92, the 3.92 was changed for lsd due to noise, which turned out to be propshaft.

I need a sierra 7" rear diff, anyone got one to sell?

I converted my 2B a couple of years ago. Yuo can use Megasquirt for the fuel and ignition, although mine is fitted with bike carbs and Megasquirt.

I removed servo and pedals and fitted Zero pedals along with Ford KA master cylinder and mintex 1144 front pads.

I have a turo vxr engine in the garage so I may be pulling redop out soon.

What gear box will you use?

I have the Gbs pedalbox with sierra ms. Looks nice. Dont know if it works yet as it has no copper connected to it.

it worked ok on my 2b after i extended the brake pedal

During the xe convertion I have removed the sierra servo, removed the master cylinder from the servo and fitted the brake master cylinder back onto the car, when removing the master cylinder from servo, should I keep the white Nylon spacer fitted to the piston push rod or remove it? With it still on it may limit the amount of brake pedal movement before the brakes are fully applied. What is the spacer for?

Any thoughts on this guys.

most people tend to make there own if your unsure your welcome to come take a look at mine,i can explain how to make one for around £20 which is the price of the materials..

I may take you up on that offer, must say I can do most things but a sewing machine is unfamiliar territory.

I have a set of discs to fit in the near future, so will have all parts going spare if needed, will be taking drums off in a month.

I purchased a linear motor off a an S type Jag, and have designed a circuit to monitor the current taken by the motor, just need to set it up on the bench to test it.

The idea of going for electric handbrake is the position of the handbrake lever between the seats, its a problem getting to operate it due to shoulder problems.

Does anyone have a drawing of the mounting plate to fit sierra callipers onto rear axle; I am converting from drums to discs before I attempt to convert to electric hand brake.

As anyone converted to electric hand brake, if so your thought would be interesting, well it is winter and it keeps me out of the pub.
