Dan, i'll take a look around for the mag's...u r right, i have seen uk mags in some of the bookstores.

 

Tim, yes, Donor Spares have them. But i don't trust him. If you read "locostbuilders" about him, people have complained repeatedly about the quality. In fact, most complaints are about bent or dented drives axles, specifically!!! Also, he quotes overnight shipping, charges for it, and then ships normally...quoting that he "just wants to make a profit"...

 

James, that is actually the opposite of what i want to do, but, yes, the concept is pretty much the same (see Dan and my discussion of it).

 

Warwick says that he can get them for 50gbp. Little more expensive than donor spares, but i trust Warwick a lot more!!!

Thanks Dan. Yes, i have 4 possibilities:

 

- Warwick

- MNR: Chris Nordon has quoted me 75gbp for a pair.

- I guy from the locostbuilders for-sale section

- KitFit: Awaiting response

 

Out of the 4, i'm hoping for Warwick...

I'll check, but i think it is directly off one of their donor vehicles....ie, old joints...ie, not such a good deal.
