NO well not yet.

I have had one on my kits for the last 14 years and never had a problem. Only thing now is getting one. I got mine from a firm that does vinyl signs for vans etc and bought it as a "label" (they are not allowed to make number plates as they have to be registered and put your their on it)

Hi, When my bro-in-law wanted a plate for his trailer tent, the guy in the local car spares said he needed to see documents to make a plate, but he would sell him the backing sticker, then the numbers and letters on a separate receipt!!!!

i beleive they are legal if they are on a vehicle over a certain age, although that's way before our cars i think. I doubt your average pc would know when.

I've not had a problem with driving my car with this style of front plate.

I've had one for 3 years and never been stopped - I don't think they are to bothered unless of course, you get a young recruit straight from the police training school who wants to earn some extra points!!
