Earlier than an Exmo, the side rails are too wide, more in line with S7 etc. There is also no engine bottom, and lastly the front wishbones look to good to be RH (he he!) It could be a prototype chassy, or someone bought a S7 type chassis and cut it up/used parts of it.

Hi mate i didnt buy the kit from new so unfortunately I dont have the receipt of purchase and I not totally sure which series it is but ive been told that its a series 2 kit thanks

100% sure ;) Its a Cortina based S7 1992-1993 model you can tell by the rear axle set up and the RHE adjustable front suspension. It also has the one part rear end (rear panel and wheel arches in one) just like my Cortina S7. Looks like a fully welded deluxe version from the photo's

I thought RS2000's used twin DCOE 40's?

A single twin venturi 32/36 DGAV Weber carb was fitted with the option of a Group 1 dual Weber 40 DCNF or IDF
