You image is a jpeg, you can't have an animated jpeg...

Yep, but it's a GIF file when I upload it and magically changes to a JPEG when it appears on here!

 

And it worked ok before!

Weird though, if you right click and select properties it says it is a JPEG, but if you left click it it animates?

I never changed mine and it works fines

I think that if the file size of your GIF is too bit then it sets up a link and puts a thumbnail as the pointer so if you do properties on your picture you see it as a JPG.

 

Example, Mr. Wippy bellow is about 76K, the thumnail is just a JPG so doesn't animate but if you click on it, you get the GIF. I can't remember who sent this to me
