Bike Exhaust

I'm thinking about replacing my exhaust silencer with a bike muffler. Kenny B's got a Yamaha R1 on his 2L Pinto, any ideas?

Most are very noisy Steve so be careful if you do go down this route as you could end up with it worse than it is with the RH one. I think it was Peter Bell who fitted one that looked great but he couldnt stand the noise.

Can you actually get worse than the rh supplied 4 in to 1 and silencer for noise???

Is that a Standard one or an after Market one and is also the round type, not the horrible triangular thing they have brought out.

 

I have a brand new R1 BS stamped one that is road legal. It will still have a nice noise but might not attract unwanted attention

Sorry my can is a carbon one probably just a cheap aftermarket one, about 5" dia. sounds very nice but loud I did repack it though.

I use a Titanium one on my Fazer 1000 which is not as bad as some. May try the stainless one on the 2b as it's a nice looking can to see what it sounds like and ket you know.

its not a bike can, but my current can is 2 volvo front boxes, under a stainless heatshield

you could prob get away with just the one can, if your front pipe is long enough

quite scarey all the rattles i can hear now i cant hear the exhaust!!
