Many people asked for a long track, John spent ages getting it, and they show their thanks by not going or saying it's too far.

 

So next year we will be doing two Barkston events and thats it.

I'll be there but how fast depends on how the engine rebuild goes and it appears to be getting worse atm as I've found a crack in the big valve head, a shame after the time put into it but better to find it now rather than later

 

whats the plan for the rest of the weekend? as me being tight may mean I only stay for one night

the nearest town to Llandow is Llantwit Major (where I happen to live) there are severall B&B's the best is the Couriers in Wine Street

 

Not taking my hood on the track as I suspect too many bits would fall off but I'll come up and chew the fat
