There's a lot of urine testing goes on over here, when people apply for a job for example they are drug tested (usually factory work type positions). Kids in school can be drug tested. The police can have them drug tested too.

 

There are kits parents can buy to drug test their kid.

 

There are paternity kits for those trying to get out of paying for their offspring.

 

Madness if you ask me... sad if it really is necessary!
